Purp ‘ole soul
With a
Purposeful soul
Black is
The combination
Of all colors
White is
The opposite
Absence of them
Yellow is mellow
Calming like the blues
Beautiful spectrums
Of colors and hues
Red is pink
In its own
Mature power rage
Pink is purple
In a growing
Adolescent’s stage
The intrinsic
Soul of purple
Is so very
Imperial
Passionate
And majestic
Purple is
A delicate mix
Of alizarin crimson
With ultramarine blue
If seen
Thru a prism
Or the
Right time of day
Has a
Breathtaking almost
Unexplainable
